The Honolulu Symphony especially values patrons who invest in a subscription package. Based on recent patron feedback, we have taken steps to improve our customer service, especially for subscribers. Among the many benefits subscribers enjoy, we have planned special events and built in priority opportunities just for you—see some of the benefits of subscription below.

Savings. As a subscriber, you will SAVE UP TO 21% OFF single ticket prices.

Priority Seating. Subscribers have the first choice of the BEST SEATS in the hall. You will also get the first chance to renew (or upgrade) your seating annually without additional membership fees.

Easy Exchanges. Exchange your tickets into any MasterWorks or Pops concert for a nominal fee.

Ticket Turnback. If you are unable to use your concert tickets, turnbacks are available for a tax-deductible contribution. To receive credit, tickets must be received two days prior to performance.

Ticket Insurance. If you lose or misplace your tickets, just call us to arrange for REPLACEMENT TICKETS, FREE!

Convenience. Subscribers receive their tickets in advance, so you’ll never have to stand in line at a concert to pick up or purchase tickets again!
