Resource TeacherIndividual master teacher/musicians constitute the Symphony's Resource Teacher cadre. These artist-teachers sit side by side with students in school orchestra and band instrumental sections playing and coaching. They work with the school directors to create a program that helps improve the skills and musicality of individual students, as well as whole sections of the band or orchestra. The ensemble and teacher resource program are services of the Honolulu Symphony Orchestra and there is no charge to participating schools. |
